During the night, her cat began making unexpected visits to her room, but not for the reasons you might think.
The Strange Nighttime Visits
Known on TikTok as @lindzaceto, this pet parent noticed something strange at night. Her cat, Hermione, had a habit of sneaking into the room quietly where she and her dog, Wilson, were sleeping.
Initially, she assumed Hermione was after her attention, but soon realized that her kitty was actually there for Wilson.
Hermione would stealthily approach Wilson and give him a subtle “wink,” prompting Wilson to jump out of his bed and dutifully trail behind her.
Wilson would glance back at the owner, almost pleading with his eyes for intervention. But, despite his apparent hesitation, he always complied with Hermione’s “request.”
Intrigued by her pets’ odd behavior, the owner decided to capture these interactions on video and share them on TikTok.

In the TikTok video’s caption, she confessed: “I have so many questions 🤔”
The clip quickly generated buzz online, drawing a flurry of comments from puzzled viewers who speculated about Wilson’s fate. One comment read, “I don’t think the dog is safe,” followed by another joking, “The dog looks back like he’s being coerced.”
A curious viewer even suggested, “Oh you need a camera in the living room to see what they are up to in there,” which prompted a response from the owner: “I followed them last night, part 2 is posted!”
The Secret Rendezvous
Addressing the previous comments, the owner added, “Caught them having a secret meeting 🤔” in the next video she shared.
The follow-up clip reveals Hermione and Wilson sneaking out of the bedroom late at night. This time, the owner tagged along to uncover their shenanigans.
She found the duo cozied up together in a different room, reclining in a cozy spot that looked perfect for a private chat. The video noted, “Looks like I interrupted a private convo.” Hermione swiftly scurried away when the owner entered, leaving Wilson with a sheepish expression.
Ultimately, the kitten and pooch simply wanted to have some quality time together without interruptions.
Now that their little escapades are out in the open, the owner won’t panic when Wilson sneaks out at night. She’ll rest easy, knowing that he is safe and sound with Hermione.
